In a move to drive industry and municipal governments to lobby the Senate to pass climate legislation, today the EPA released its proposal to issue its “Prevention of Significant Deterioration and Title V Greenhouse Gas Tailoring Rule. CantorCO2e outlines the major components of the proposed rule that many are concerned will backfire on the EPA, forcing it to regulate millions of sources emitting as little as 250 tons per year of GHG.
